ALLIANCE EXPERIENCES, LLC

Your information.

Updated October 21, 2026.

When you send an inquiry

We store the name, contact details, service choices, project description, timeline, budget choice, and consultation request you submit in a private lead database. We also record the submission time, page, and campaign/source labels when available. We use this information to respond, assess the project, prepare proposals, and manage the working relationship.

Only the authorized site owner can access the lead inbox. Our website and database run on Sites hosting infrastructure. Email alerts are not currently connected; submitting the form saves the inquiry in the private inbox. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential files, or sensitive personal information.

The project planner

Your planner answers stay in the page until you choose to add them to an inquiry. They are temporarily transferred within this browser tab to the contact form, then removed from that temporary storage. They are sent to Alliance only when you submit the inquiry. The planner uses preset recommendations rather than an external AI model.

Website measurement and security

We count page views, form starts, and completed planner recommendations by day and page. These are aggregate events without names, contact details, advertising identifiers, or analytics cookies. They measure activity, not unique people. We do not add advertising trackers.

For basic abuse protection, the server creates a short-lived hashed rate-limit key from the connection’s IP address and a time window. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead database. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during later requests. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses, request logs, and other routine technical information to operate and secure the website.

Sign-in and outside services

Visitors can send inquiries without an account. The owner inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in and a server-side owner allowlist. Links to Phlux Social, phone calls, and text messages use the privacy practices of those services.

Questions or deletion requests

We keep inquiry records while needed to respond or support an agreed engagement and review them as part of business administration. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you shared, call (330) 752-3688 and identify the inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
